Geert Schrijvers lost a large group of his friends in the Hercules air crash in 1996. As part of his healing process he wrote this very personal musical triptych. The three parts can be performed individually as stand alone works, or as a complete trilogy. The three parts are: I. Catharsis, II. Left Unsaid, III. Kintsugi. The music paints a picture of the healing process of loss: Catharsis.

En 1996, Geert Schrijvers a perdu une grande partie de son groupe d'amis dans la catastrophe d'Hercule. Il a écrit ce triptyque musical très personnel sur le traitement qu'il a subi. Les trois mouvements peuvent être interprétés séparément en tant qu'uvres indépendantes, mais aussi ensemble en tant que concert solo complet. Les trois mouvements sont : I. Catharsis II. Non dit III. Kintsugi. La musique dépeint le chemin de la transformation et de la reconstruction : Catharsis.
